Come join in and learn new ways to explore your subconscious mind and heal through dreamwork.
We’ll talk about what we believe dreams are, techniques for dreamwork (including lucid dreaming), plant + crystal friends that can help us in the dream world, and developing your own spiritual dreaming practices. We’ll share a group hypnosis experience to enhance our connection to dreams and encourage healthy, healing sleep.
The workshop portion of this class will focus on dreamwork.
We will explore what dreaming is from a variety of cultural perspectives, discuss the power of dreamwork, and how you can use dreamwork for subconscious healing and exploration in your life.
The workshop will include:
~ Overview and discussion about what dreams are from a variety of cultural perspectives
~ Exploring variety of dreamwork techniques, including lucid dreaming
~ Learning about herbs and crystals that can be used to aid in a healthy sleep routine and dreamwork
~ Discuss how to learn your 'Dream Language'
~ Establishing a spiritual evening practice to support restorative sleep and protection in the dream world
We'll end with a group hypnosis journey.
Relaxing together in sacred space and cultivating an intentional trance centered around increasing your connection to your dreams, boundaries in the dreamworld and easeful, restorative sleep - ending in an opportunity to share our experiences.
During the session you are welcome to lay on provided blankets or sit on meditation cushions, based on your own needs.
What to bring:
You are welcome to bring an eye pillow for the hypnosis.
Bring a water bottle so you can stay hydrated.
You are invited to bring a journal to write down any reflections. Notes from the workshop will be sent out to everyone after class.
