What to expect?
- This is an urban retreat, composed of several ceremonial and workshop elements, giving you an opportunity to learn and engage actively.
- Each session in the schedule gives time for you to connect within as you receive support through several modalities and practitioners; from meditation, energy healing, to journaling and gentle movement.
Time commitment
- We meet 4 hours, from 10am - 2:00pm
- Lunch is included; Vegan GF meal provided

This event is intuitively guided to be a protected container with intentions for healing, expansion and love.
Intention and Energy Exchange
- While we are facilitating the group work, holding space through energetic boundaries and support, we ask that every participant show up to co-create and engage.
- We will learn and practice together, arriving to the group with good intentions and an open heart.
Compensation Requested
Starting at $111 per person, includes lunch (Please notify us of any food allergies in advance).
This will compensate facilitators, in exchange for their knowledge, materials and space holding.
Reserve your space with 50% deposit at registration, remaining balance due on or before event date.

While we may not be able to anticipate needs, we are more than willing to make reasonable accommodations to ensure participants with disabilities and/or limited resources can join us.
