This is an opportunity to begin, reconnect and/or expand your intuitive connection with yourself through deepened awareness of all energetic and spirit consciousness. This offering is for those on the sacred path of duality, understanding that we are both shadow and light. We are the sun and the moon. We are a human experiencing awakened consciousness. We all have natural intuitive ability, yet many of us stay small, quiet or distrust these ways of being. When we sit with others also stepping into these ways of connecting intentionally and spiritually, magic happens.

The Rooted Consciousness series is an immersive experience exploring the foundational principles of intuitive development, blending theory with practice while remaining rooted in the wisdom of earth medicine. By grounding in the body and deepening our connection to nature, we create the safety and trust needed for the mind and spirit to expand into greater awareness and step into the unseen with trust and love.
We all have the natural abilities to connect through our physical and psychic senses. This time together brings you back home to that profound inner wisdom, expanded guidance and trust in your intuition while remaining anchored in your body and sacred Mother Earth. This space allows for play, practice and growth from understanding our human experience as a bridge moving through multiple states of consciousness.

What to expect?
An immersive learning journey guiding you in the foundational principles of intuition and energy medicine, weaving together theory and practice while staying rooted in the healing ways of earth medicine. Our time together will include guided meditations, educational talks, group discussions, hands-on practice, and plenty of space for questions.
With an experiential learning format, learn practices and tools to support your natural intuitive development.
Every session is guided intuitively to cultivate an environment for expansive awareness.
Time commitment
This is a series, from October 20, 2026 through March 16, 2027
Divided into 12 virtual 2 hr sessions / 2 online sessions per month
Every Tuesday evening 6 pm - 8 pm pacific time via Zoom
* As a group, we can decide if we need to adjust any dates for the collective's well being *
Typical Format
Opening the circle
Calling in your power (meditation)
Guided messages + discussion
Group practice & skill building
Closing the circle
While this is a general format, the energy of the day and group needs will direct us in the journey to take the most aligned path of learning and practice.
Intention and Energy Exchange
Arrive with an open heart and curious mind, to receive and be in flow within a protected and energetically held container.
Learning in community creates a supportive environment where we can explore safely while we grow together.
* Video circles on Zoom twice per month for group learning and practice.
* Group chat in WhatsApp to continue discussions and questions.
* Individual assessments midway and at conclusion of series.

While we may not be able to anticipate all needs, we are more than willing to make reasonable accommodations to ensure participants with disabilities and/or limited resources can join this experience.
Compensation Requested
To reciprocate for shared knowledge, energetically held container and energy healing provided in our time together.
Sliding rate $777 - $888 / Deposit requested upon registration.
Reduced rate and payment arrangement based on your own self-assessed ability to invest.

My note as you consider joining this group series at this time.
Choosing to focus on mediumship, intuitive development and energy healing work is an act of trust. A step into the unseen that reaches beyond physical limitations. It is a path of learning how to bring discipline, trust, and love to yourself and to others through your psychic and mediumistic abilities.
